Algebra Websites
There are many different good
websites for helping with algebra. Of all of the ones I checked out, I believe
that the best one was www.algebrahelp.com. This website has a full list of
different parts of algebra. From basic equations like 45-x=23, to the quadratic
formula. You can click on a topic, and it gives you a few pages of step by step
instructions, then there is a review at the end of each section.
Another website I found was www.math.com/homeworkhelp/algebra.html. This one didn’t have as big of
a variety as the first, but this one did provide practice tests for you, and it
will also generate worksheets for you for extra practice. I found that highly
helpful with certain problems.
The 3rd website I found
was www.sosmath.com/algebra/algebra.html. I will let you be aware of this
first though. This was the only website of these three that caused pop-ups on
my computer. I know there was a lot of craziness with Plato and anti-virus
software, so just be aware of that before you go to this website. This website
does have a ton of different algebra subjects, and it breaks each one down into
definitions and step by step instructions so you can follow and hopefully be
successful with your work.
Of course these aren’t the only
websites out there, but they are some of the better ones. There are plenty of
websites if you go into Google, and just type in the subject you need help in.
I do caution you that there are a lot of bad sites out there that could cause
harm to your computer. I would also advise against signing-up for anything
either, unless you know that it is a trustworthy source.
